Shipping and Handling

Sterling Goddess provides Free USPS standard shipping on all orders in the US. (We do not ship internationally at this time.)

All orders are mailed via USPS First Class or Parcel Post based on weight. You can expect most items to arrive within 6-9 business days of your order placement. In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days and may be in transit for 5-7 business days. Orders that require additional time to process will generally be noted in the product description page. Shipping to an address other than your billing address usually requires additional time to process. NOTE: For your protection, if your order is $250.00 or more, we may require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers.

If you need to ship your package faster, we offer USPS Priority Mail shipping for $8.95 and USPS Express Mail for $24.95, providing that the item is in stock at the time of the order. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, Express Mail shipping is only available when we have a verified phone number and the shipping and billing addresses are the same. We do not ship Express Mail to PO boxes. There is a 1 business day processing time and 1 business day in-transit, so in the case of next day delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days from the time you place your order.

Orders being shipped within the state of Arizona are subject to an 8.1% sales tax. Orders shipped to all other states will not require sales tax. We do guarantee that your product will arrive securely.
