Return and Exchange Policy
Sterling Goddess is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We promise you high quality sterling silver jewelry, but we understand there is always the possibility that you may need to make an exchange. You may return items within 30 days of purchase in their original, sellable conditions. After 30 days, we exchange for identical items only, up to a period of 180 days. Custom-ordered purchases may not be returned or exchanged. For formal or bridal wear purchases, we require that items be in their original conditions, with the tags still attached.
We would like to make this process simple for you. If you have purchased something you are not satisfied with, follow these three steps below:
1. Mark Invoice
Enclose a copy of your invoice. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and email address, so that we can contact you if we have questions. Highlight the item you are returning and neatly print “Return” or “Exchange” next to the item on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a different item, please also indicate the name, SKU/code, and price of that item on the invoice. In some instances, we may not immediately have the item in stock. For these back orders, we will not charge your card until the item comes through.
Please also explain briefly why you are dissatisfied. This ensures that we are regularly considering and modifying our pieces to accommodate customer needs and concerns.
2. Package
Place well-packaged item in box- write RETURN or EXHANGE on the outside of the box, so that we are immediately aware of the processing that needs to be completed.

We strongly recommend that you send the package w/delivery confirmation. Sterling Goddess is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once you’ve made a return here’s what you should expect:
4. Processing
Your replacement, exchange, or credit will be processed within 10 business days. All refunds will be made in the same method of payment as your original transaction. Shipping Charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
5. Credits/New Purchases
If you are making an exchange, we will credit your account for the item you are returning. (Discounts given on purchase price will be deducted from the refund.) Then, we will make a separate charge for the new item so there is no confusion about the transactions. Once we make the credit to your account, either for a return or an exchange, we will notify you via email.
We reserve the right to change or revise our Policy at any time.
